Hélène est sur le point de terminer brillament son internat en dermatologie. Son avenir semble tout tracé, paisible. Un soir, elle remarque une plaque sombre sur son cou, ressemblant étrangement à celles d'un malade un peu spécial de l'hôpital. De jour en jour, le nombre de plaques s'intensifie, plongeant Hélène dans une panique telle, qu'elle dissimule à ses proches le cauchemar qui l'envahit.
Helen works in the dermatology service of the Doctor Keller and is a bright resident. As she discovers that her body is covered with black moles, her life crumbles. Could these dermatoses have anything to do with the lesions from which the mysterious patient in room 203 is suffering ? How can she manage to conceal her illness and attempt to treat herself without making her boyfriend Julien and her colleagues suspicious ?
